Trainee lawyer (m/f)
with good knowledge in French law.
About the job:

•  Helping the lawyers in their daily legal tasks

•  Taking part in meetings with clients and drafting of minutes of meetings

•  Drafting of applications for the French courts, defense pleas, applications for an appeal and legal opinions in French and German jurisdictions

•  Attending court hearings, hearing of evidence

•  Providing legal work of research in law and cases, drafting of papers for clients

•  Taking part in conversations with the lawyer from the German-speaking state of residence of the client



Your skills:

• Legal studies with knowledge of French law

• Good basic knowledge of European law

• Lawyer trainee experience in law firms and/ or corporations in German-speaking countries

• Very good skills in the French language

• Regular contact with French culture

• Very good level in English

• Cosmopolitan and interested in international matters and events

• Ability to work independently and communication skills

• Team player and highly motivated

• Highly organized
